An executive meeting of the CBRMPTA took place on Wednesday March 21, 2012 at Saint Margaret’s Hall in Grand Mira South. In attendance: Jerry Gillis - Francis Gillis – Danny Gillis – Allan Farrell Calling of Meeting to Order: Francis Gillis called the meeting to order at 6:05P.M. Agenda: Minutes of meeting February 28, 2012: Minutes from our meeting of February 28, 2012 were read. Motion to accept by Jerry Gillis and seconded by Danny Gillis. Motion carried 4-0-0 Treasures Report: As of March 21, 2012 the association has a balance on $ 2034.71. AGM: The executive to set a date at our next meeting. Awareness Campaign: The executive to communicate to CBRM Taxpayers’ (via radio- newspapers- posters - etc.) in regards to CBRM Councilors who on October 04, 2011 in chamber voted not being in support of the CAP. In regards to the presentation that Dan put forth on February 28, 2012, it’s essential that the executive review the data and circulate for debate at our next meeting.
