An executive meeting of the CBRMPTA took place on February 28, 2012 at Saint Margaret’s Hall in Grand Mira South. In Attendance: Francis Gillis – Danny Gillis – Joe Gillis – Jerry Gillis – Harry Huntington. Calling of Meeting to Order: Francis Gillis called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M. Agenda: Meeting Minutes: Minutes from our meeting on November 23, 2011 were not read as we called this meeting merely to discuss Dan's data analysis and next steps. Discussion took place around the data that Dan had extracted from the files sent to him by CBRM staff. Dan presented his findings to the committee which generated many questions that can only be answered when more facts are obtained. It was decided that we need to request further data from CBRM Admin staff in order to achieve the detail that we need toward further decision-making and next steps. A further meeting will be held in March to address these shortfalls. Next committee meeting to take place at the same venue on March 20, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
